Biography
My sporting career began with judo, a discipline I practiced for twelve years, instilling in me a strong discipline and dedication to sport. After establishing myself as a master trainer in the fitness, aerobics and step industry, an unexpected knee injury in 1997 led me to a weight room for the first time. It was at that moment that my passion for bodybuilding was sparked, marking the beginning of my competitive career.
In 2015, my experience was further enriched when I began training competitive female athletes, leading to the formation of my own team, "Team Tantari". Numerous champions and professionals have emerged from this team, a testament to the success and impact of my coaching.
In addition to my direct commitment to training, I founded, together with a partner of mine who is also a professional athlete and Pro judge, the Poseacademy, the first official posing academy. This academy was a pioneer in providing specific training for posing, essential for those competing in bodybuilding.
Not only did I dedicate myself to coaching and training, but I also expanded my skills by attending various make-up courses and academies, becoming make-up artist for female athletes. This role allowed me to take care of the image of my athletes, helping to improve their safety in competition.
In addition to working with elite athletes, I have followed numerous women who wish to achieve their optimal physical shape, even outside of the competitive environment, obtaining remarkable results. My philosophy is based on firmly believing in the potential of every individual, supporting the aspirations of those who rely on my guidance, both in achieving competitive goals and in personal improvement.
Training
My approach to training is based on optimizing the physical regime to maximize results, both for athletes and non-athletes. For competitive athletes, I recommend a frequency of six days a week to achieve and maintain optimal form, while for non-competitors I suggest a program of four days a week. This allows for adequate recovery and steady progress without overtaxing the body.
Over the years, thanks to the numerous seminars I have attended around the world, I have had the privilege of learning different training techniques. I love to make training varied and stimulating, often changing exercises to maintain enthusiasm and interest, avoiding monotony and promoting constant muscular and physical growth.
Diet
Quando si tratta di nutrizione, la mia filosofia è inclusiva e bilanciata. Consiglio una dieta che integri tutti i nutrienti essenziali per mantenere il corpo in piena salute. Non sono favorevole all'eliminazione di carboidrati o grassi, ma piuttosto alla loro gestione intelligente in base alle esigenze individuali e agli obiettivi desiderati. Credo fermamente in un regime calorico controllato e costante, preferendo mantenere una buona forma fisica durante tutto l'anno piuttosto che seguire fasi di bulk estremo.
