Rehydrating

The entire functioning of our organism depends on proper hydration. Water is in fact an essential element, an indispensable component for life itself. However, it is important to remember that when we become dehydrated, we also risk compromising our hydro-saline balance: liquids are just as important as minerals. Avoiding dehydration and replenishing the trace elements lost through sweating leads to an improvement in mood, our energy and performance in general.
