Biography
My career in bodybuilding began in 1994 when I first competed and won the beginner category at the Swiss National Championships.
At the time, there was little information on training, nutrition and supplementation, which was actually extremely basic and difficult to access. While I was training for my first race I found myself helping close friends too, who came to me for help.
At that point I quickly realized that my true talent was greater in helping others achieve their bodybuilding goals, which prompted me to train more and more athletes. Finally in 1999 I managed to get my status as a member of the IFBB Pro league, in which I competed for 4 years.
At the same time I was also having my first successes as an international coach with victories at the IFBB European and World Championships. My first big break as a coach came in 2003 when I trained a Swiss athlete who won the IFBB World Championships, the most prestigious amateur bodybuilding show in the world. In 2004 I retired as a professional athlete and invested my time in opening 2 gyms and 3 supplement stores, continuing with training internationally and winning more and more prestigious amateur reviews around the world.
I also used this time to continue learning about training and nutrition strategies and to develop SST (sarcoplasm stimulating training) which has become a well known and respected training philosophy in the bodybuilding community. the whole world. I currently train over 50 professional athletes, winning major professional shows and placing well at Mr. Olympia.
Attention to detail and an understanding of intrinsic nutrition and training strategies are my main focus, so having the opportunity to work with Yamamoto is an important added value to my career as we both strive to provide serious athletes with the very best. tools to achieve greatness.
Training
I am proud to have developed a training philosophy called SST, which relates the effects of intense tension training with the metabolic stress required to fully stimulate muscle growth.
Diet
Nutrition: I firmly believe in the crucial role carbohydrates play in maximizing performance output as a principal contributor to muscle growth. I strive to maintain a protein intake that is strictly necessary to repair damaged muscle tissue, ensuring it is never in an amount that could cause digestive issues or limit the total caloric intake required for peak performance.
Favorite Supplements: ISO-Fuji protein is an exceptional supplement for rapidly repairing damaged muscle tissue. Advanced Omega stands out as the optimal choice for maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system, essential for every health-oriented athlete. Glycobol is the premier HBCD on the market, renowned for its effectiveness in restoring glycogen levels after intense training sessions. Kamikaze, my preferred pre-workout, significantly enhances muscle pumps and reduces excessive protein degradation.
