Biography
Born on 1 January 1991 in the province of Padua, I began my journey in sport at the age of 7, practicing both football and athletics. My career took a significant turn when, following a knee injury during a football match, I approached the world of bodybuilding. That experience made me discover a new love for pain, fatigue and the results that only intense work in the weight room can offer.
After three years of constant training and under the guidance of my first personal trainer, I prepared for my first competition. My great determination and desire to challenge myself was evident.
In 2015, I made my debut on a competition stage and, from that moment, my life underwent a radical transformation. I decided to dedicate myself completely to this passion, transforming it into my profession - there is no greater joy than making your dream a daily job.
2016 marked the beginning of my participation in increasingly higher level competitions. In 2017, I achieved an exceptional milestone by winning the title of IFBB Italian champion, and in 2018 I obtained the much coveted qualification of professional athlete of the IFBB Pro League.
Today, in addition to competing, I am an athletic trainer. I use my experience and knowledge to help other athletes achieve their sporting dreams. As a coach, I have 12 professional athletes registered in three different federations under my guidance.
My personal life has been equally full of joy, with the birth of my first daughter, Nicole, in 2021, and Ludovica, arriving two years later. Family is my greatest support and a constant source of inspiration.
With dedication, passion and an unwavering commitment to excellence, I continue to build my career and positively influence the lives of the athletes I coach, guiding them to success both nationally and internationally

Training
Even though I haven't been on stage for a few years, I have never neglected my physical fitness. My training regime combines intensity and volume, ideal for enhancing the distinctive aesthetic of the Men's Physique category.
My routines are scrupulously planned to shape and define the physique so that it stands out best in competitions, while maintaining perfect symmetry required by my category, which is highly aesthetic-oriented. Normally, during the off-season, I dedicate myself to 4 or 5 training sessions per week, which increase to 6 sessions in the intensive pre-competition preparation period.
I always start my sessions with fundamental exercises, using significant loads to set a solid foundation of strength and muscle mass. Subsequently, I integrate more advanced and specific techniques, such as the drop set or super set, to stimulate the various muscle groups differently and maximize definition.
The sessions last from 40 to 60 minutes, a time management also influenced by my responsibilities as a father, demonstrating that it is possible to maintain a high level sporting commitment without neglecting the other aspects of daily life.
Diet
Fortunately I have genetics and a metabolism that allow me to remain "clean" even at high calories, so that I can prepare for a competition or a shooting even in a very short period, gradually lowering the daily calorie quota.
I like to play a lot with carbohydrates and fats, I raise and lower them depending on the period, while always keeping the daily protein quota more or less unchanged.
The foods that make up my diet are simple:
Basmati or Venus rice
Oats
Wholemeal Pasta
Rice cream
Potatoes
Chicken, turkey, red meat and white fish
Egg
Dried fruit
Vegetables
