Biography

I was born in Caserta, but since I was five years old I have lived in Rimini, a place that I love deeply and consider my true home. My adventure in the world of fitness began in 2016, when I decided to join the gym to face and overcome the eating disorders that afflicted me. After struggling with anorexia for five years, I was determined not to let the disorder take over my life again. Training and a carefully planned diet have been my saviors: a real regenerating balm for body and mind.

Swimming has been part of my life for many years, but today I dedicate myself completely to fitness as a Personal Trainer. I am deeply in love with this world and do my best to inspire and motivate others every day through my Instagram channel.

My life has been marked by significant battles and victories: one of these was the fight against amenorrhea, a consequence of anorexia, which I finally won. In September 2021, the joy of becoming a mother brightened my life with the birth of Nicole, a wonderful princess. Two years later, life blessed me again with another precious gift, the birth of Ludovica.

Every day is an opportunity to celebrate these victories and continue to strive for health, happiness and well-being, not only for myself, but also for those who follow me and are inspired by my story.

Training

I love my workouts, meticulously structured by Gabriele Trapani. I don't follow a fixed routine: every day I tackle a different workout, which keeps my motivation high and constantly stimulates my body in new ways.
The workouts I practice are extremely intense, despite their brevity. They last about 30-40 minutes each, but I assure you that they are enough to reach an ideal level of exhaustion. This type of intense and concise session is perfect for those, like me, looking for optimal results in a short time.
In addition to training in the gym, which I do 5 or 6 times a week, every morning as soon as I wake up I dedicate time to Cardio Liss on an empty stomach. I start the day with a walk of about 30 minutes: it's an excellent way to wake up the body and prepare it for daily challenges.
This constant commitment is an integral part of my life. I appreciate having a well-organized routine; I firmly believe that this discipline is the secret that keeps me continually motivated and focused on my goals in the world of fitness and personal well-being.

Diet

Maybe I'm always monotonous in my diet, I'm one of those people who doesn't get bored of eating the same things, in fact, I love them.
I'm monotonous but I still follow a balanced diet of all macronutrients.
