Biography

“Not like someone who always wins, but like someone who never gives up." This motto has guided my life since I started practicing artistic gymnastics at the age of six. My competitive career, which lasted over a decade, did not It only shaped me on a physical level, but above all it instilled in me values such as seriousness, consistency and discipline. I believe that artistic gymnastics was the sport that contributed more than any other to my mental formation.
Over the years, my curiosity and passion for sport have pushed me to explore practically every discipline possible, from horse riding to skiing, through functional training to CrossFit. In 2014, I discovered the world of the weight room, an activity that—combined with a specific diet—has proven to be particularly effective for achieving aesthetic results.
Although I have never participated in bodybuilding competitions, I consider myself a full-fledged athlete, with a strong competitive mentality that transcends the confines of the gym. This passion for fitness led me to open my first personal "STUDIO" in Verona in 2015, where I lived and worked for four years. The name "STUDIO" reflected the personalization and attention to detail that characterized my services.
After leaving Verona, I transformed my business into an online platform, focusing my attention on the female world. I dedicate myself to understanding and responding to the complex needs of women, designing personalized paths that reflect the thousand facets and various individual needs. For me, every client is unique, and so must be the path I propose.
My career is a clear example of how resilience and commitment can transform passion into a successful profession. Through my work, I continue to demonstrate that it is possible to rewrite the rules of fitness, creating inclusive and personalized spaces that celebrate each individual in their uniqueness.

Training

Sport has always played a central role in my life, acting as a refuge in difficult times and never lacking in my daily routine. My passion for training manifests itself not only as a form of personal outlet but as a true vocation for continuous improvement, both physical and technical. The main goal for me is not lifting heavy weights, but strengthening the cardiovascular system and improving endurance and overall performance.
Raised with a strong appreciation for aesthetics, I constantly work on weaknesses to transform them into strengths, aiming for a balance between form and functionality. This approach pushed me to open my personal studio in Verona and, subsequently, to move my business online, specializing in personalized coaching for women, with the aim of responding to their specific needs and facets.
My career has evolved by fully embracing the philosophy that sport is not just an activity, but a lifestyle that encourages you to overcome your limits and constantly pursue the best version of yourself. As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to creating programs that motivate and inspire, guiding my clients through personalized journeys that emphasize not only physical appearance but also mental and emotional well-being.

Diet

I adopt the motto "mens sana in corpore sano", a principle that guides both my personal lifestyle and my professional philosophy, also symbolized by one of my most significant tattoos. Convinced that nutrition is first and foremost prevention, I have followed a specific and constant diet for more than ten years, ever since I started my journey in the weight room. This regimen features a limited variety of foods that suit my tastes and support my goal of staying fit year-round while avoiding weight swings that I consider harmful both physically and psychologically.
I firmly believe in building a healthy and attractive physique through patience, consistency, and maintaining stable physical conditions that respect my basic genetics. My training and nutrition practice is geared towards personal well-being and self-esteem, rather than the desire to please others. As a personal trainer, I insist on these principles with the women I follow, motivating them to make healthy choices for themselves under the motto "YOU MUST DO IT FOR YOURSELF. NOT FOR OTHERS". This approach promotes lasting well-being and a balanced, positive relationship with exercise and diet.
