Biography
Since the age of 18, I have turned my passion for fitness into a profession. Since my classical high school days, I was aware of my future path; while my classmates dreamed of professions such as doctors, veterinarians and lawyers, I aspired to become a personal trainer. This choice, often misunderstood by my peers, represented a real mission for me: helping women to love and value themselves, improving their self-esteem through the acceptance of their own image reflected in the mirror.
My career began with a role as a personal trainer at the multinational Virgin Active, where I began to invest all my energy. Over time, I gained self-confidence, a step that led me to enter the competitive field of bodybuilding. My first competition was in 2015, and since then I have accumulated successes, awards and recognition, competing in prestigious international federations.
On September 23, 2018, I reached a significant milestone by joining the IFBB Professional League, debuting in the Olympia Amateur in Abano Terme. From 2018 to 2019, I dedicated my heart and soul to international competitions, often accompanied by my partner and coach, Giuseppe Romano, with whom I shared many victories.
With the advent of 2020, I decided to take a break from competing to fully focus on my work as a personal trainer. During this period, I have also developed a personalized training app for women, which has already supported over 200 clients across Italy, allowing me to continue living my mission every day: guiding women to discover and enhance their inner and outer beauty through fitness

Training
OFF SEASON
During the off-season, my training routine focuses on exercising all muscle groups once a week, with double frequency for the glutes, hamstrings and shoulders to maximize their development. The sessions, which take place 4-5 times a week in the weight room, are characterized by high volume and intensity. I employ techniques such as stripping, rest pauses, drop sets and isomix, which are essential for building endurance and stimulating effective muscle growth.
PRECONTEST
In the precontest phase, the focus shifts mainly to the buttocks and shoulders, aiming to define these areas in view of the competitions. The program intensifies with 5 weight sessions per week, accompanied by 3 cardio sessions, typically post-workout, to maximize fat loss while maintaining lean muscle mass.
Diet
My diet has undergone several transformations over the years, adapting to the different periods of my life. When I was in full competitive activity, I followed an impeccable diet, without deviations for special occasions such as holidays or birthdays. Today, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I approach nutrition with greater flexibility.
I never skip breakfast, which typically includes pancakes or Yamamoto Nutrition's About Breakfast mix, a personal favorite. I maintain a regular frequency of snacks and ensure a balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats in the main meals, preferring non-industrialized foods. However, when the opportunity presents itself, I don't hesitate to enjoy life with a good plate of pasta and a toast, sharing the pleasure of the table with the people I love, without excess.
This balance between discipline and pleasure represents my current philosophy of life, which promotes integral well-being, both physical and emotional, through an approach to food that celebrates quality of life as much as physical fitness.
