Biography

Neil Hill has spent 33 years in the Bodybuilding and Fitness industry, and has more than 30 years' experience coaching athletes and clients from around the world. Neil Hill

He is the founder of Y3T, his signature training method, as well as coach to some of the world's most elite and successful athletes. He also coaches many high-profile celebrities and corporate business personalities. As well as coaching at this high level, Neil enjoys coaching everyday men and women from all over the world, helping them to achieve their personal fitness and health goals.

Before Neil became a globally acclaimed coach, he was a very successful and competitive IFBB amateur and Pro Bodybuilder. His journey as a competitive bodybuilder was cut short because of a hereditary knee defect which was exacerbated by years of swimming at an international level. Over time, the knee issue became so restrictive that Neil decided to step away from his bodybuilding career. Following this tough decision, Neil began to apply his knowledge and experience as a full time professional coach to help other aspiring athletes and fitness enthusiasts. With hard work, time and a solid track record, Neil quickly amassed a reputation for getting results. This blend of experience, knowledge and an innate ability to motivate people has made Neil a much sought-after coach.

Over the years, Neil has climbed the ranks of the coaching world, to become one of the world's most recognised names, and as a result winning multiple personal global awards and athlete tiles.

Meal 1

Meal 2

150 g of cooked chicken, 120 g of cooked rice, 80-90 g of green beans, 50 g of avocado.

150 g of cooked shrimp, 120 g of cooked rice, 80-90 g of green beans, 50 g of avocado.

Meal 5

190 g of cooked steak or quality fish, 150 g of cooked potatoes, mixed salad, 1 teaspoon or organic balsamic vinegar.

5-10 minutes after the meal 5. Omega-Pro 3g, 4-5,000 Vit-D3 units, 1 portion of B-Complex.

 

Meal 6

40 g of IsoFuji protein, 20 g of natural almond butter, 60-70 g of fresh strawberries.
