Yamamoto® Nutrition Super GREENS is a dietary supplement consisting solely and exclusively of a blend of more than 50 phytonutrients from plant extracts, fruit and vegetable concentrates, vitamins and minerals. It contains no sugars, artificial flavours, colourings or sweeteners, which are often found in similar products. It is a true blend of natural active ingredients characterised by a very high ORAC - Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity, i.e. it consists of plants capable of absorbing oxygen free radicals thanks to its high polyphenol, anthocyanin, proanthocyanidin and bioflavonoid content.

Super GREENS enriches us with micronutrients and trace elements without the risk of also taking in the chemicals, such as glyphosphate, pesticides, fertilisers or dyes, that are commonly used to produce the fruit and vegetables that reach our tables.

Although the innovative formula of Super GREENS does not claim to replace the consumption of fruit and vegetables as food, it does make an important contribution to our intake of micronutrients, which have become increasingly depleted in agricultural soils. In addition, even with the best of intentions, it is not always easy to eat all the daily portions of fruit and vegetables recommended by the WHO.

Created precisely to naturally enrich the diet with vitamins, minerals and trace elements, Super GREENS also contains phytotherapeutic substances with adaptogenic and immunostimulating properties, making it the only product of its kind to boast numerous patents and certifications. Its practical powder format, to be dissolved in water, provides a refreshing drink with powerful antioxidant, detoxifying, alkalinising and rehydrating effects.

More specifically, Super GREENS contains:

  • Spirulina algae: a unicellular algae common in brackish waters that is rich in chlorophyll (hence its dark green colour) and coil-shaped. Rich in protein, essential amino acids and lipids, it also contains several vitamins and antioxidants. It has been shown to have various health benefits, as it strengthens the immune system and reduces fatigue.

  • Freeze-dried coconut water**: the pale, translucent liquid obtained from the unripe fruits of the coconut plant. A natural energy drink, it contains a good electrolyte concentration but very little carbohydrate and fat.

  • VitaCherry® Sport, Montmorency tart cherry: an ancient sour cherry variety of French origin, promotes the complex processes of muscle and neuroendocrine recovery after intense physical exertion.

  • HiFiber VitaBerry®, red berry mix: rich in antioxidants, vitamins, phenolic substances, minerals and fibre, red berries can be classified as Superfoods. They activate defence mechanisms, aid cell detoxification and protect the body against attack from free radicals and premature ageing.

  • HiFiber VitaVeggie®, blend of green leafy vegetables: a concentrate of numerous plant extracts, characterised by a high concentration of polyphenols, anthocyanins, lycopene, chlorogenic acid, ellagic acid, quercetin and other antioxidant micronutrients, which are usually found in vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, cruciferous vegetables, spinach, carrots, garlic, onions and beets. It also helps to increase the intake of fibre, which is beneficial and has a preventive effect against the development of various diseases of advanced age and metabolic disorders.

  • Chlorella algae: green algae common in the brackish waters of equatorial Africa, rich in nutrients and with an antioxidant action recognised by the Ministry of Health, it supports the body's natural defences and promotes purifying functions.

  • KSM-66® Ashwagandha: extracted from the root of the Indian Ginseng, without a doubt one of the most effective adaptogenic plants. It helps the body to modulate stress responses, and governs metabolic functions. It also affords optimal relaxation.

  • Cordyceps: a medicinal fungus with tonic and revitalising properties, it has been used for thousands of years in Chinese and oriental medicine. Cordyceps is attributed the ability to boost immune defences and neutralise free radicals.

  • Echinacea: a plant that boasts different active ingredients depending on the variety. It consists mainly of flavonoids, chlorogenic acid derivatives, polyphenols, glycoproteins, alkylamides, essential oils and polyenes. It has antibacterial, antiviral and immunostimulating properties. It can therefore be said to stimulate and boost our immune system.
