Training
Off Season:
- Each muscle group trained intensely once a week, with four or five weightlifting sessions per week.
- Two or three cardio sessions to promote fat loss and improve cardiovascular endurance.
- Use of high-intensity training techniques such as stripping, drop sets, and isomix.
In Season (Pre Contest):
- Five training sessions per week, with a focus on the lower body in four sessions and the upper body in one.
- Integration of five weekly cardio sessions to enhance fat burning and calorie consumption.
- High volume and intensity of sessions to improve muscle endurance and power, preparing the body for competitions.
Diet
Off Season:
- Normocaloric diet to maintain weight without accumulating excess fat, with variation in caloric and macronutrient intake.
- Focus on foods compatible with metabolism, maintaining a disciplined diet to prepare the body for competitions.
In Season (Pre Contest):
- Stricter and calibrated diet, with particular attention to carbohydrate regulation based on physical condition and coach's directives.
- Elimination of free meals as the competition approaches, to focus on physical and nutritional preparation and reach peak physical condition.
