Yamamoto® Nutrition Bcaa Pro is a food supplement that provides 5 g of branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio (Leucine: Isoleucine: Valine).
BCAAs are particularly suitable for supplementing the diet of sportsmen. The product is completed with vitamin B1 which contributes to normal energy metabolism and vitamin B6 which supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids made up of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids for humans, because our body is unable to produce them. The only sources of supply are through daily nutrition or dietary supplementation.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle Protein. Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are indispensable amino acids supplied by different dietary protein intakes. BCAAs can be consumed as supplements, especially recommended after intense workouts or demanding physical work.

L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, bulking agent: cellulose; stabilisers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
